摘 要:张家口市作为京津冀水源涵养功能区及冬奥会举办场地,当地社会经济发展对水环境提出了更高要求,改善流经张家口市7区4县的洋河水环境迫在眉睫。基于MIKE SHE模型,建立洋河水环境对流域排污的响应关系,评估3种不同点源和面源污染控制方案下洋河水质改善效果,结果表明:在平水年来水情况下,基础情景下2019年洋河干流关键断面八号桥COD和TP全年达标率仅为33%和75%;方案一仅控制城镇生活污水(点源污染)使其达标排放,八号桥断面COD和TP达标率提高至100%;方案二控制农村生活污水(面源污染)使其达标排放,八号桥断面COD和TP达标率分别提升至58%和82%;方案三同时控制点源污染和面源污染,水质改善效果最好,可以避免来水过少时出现水质超标问题。Zhangjiakou City becomes one of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei water conservation function areas and venues for the Winter Olympics.The local social and economic development has put forward higher requirements on water environment. It is urgent to improve the local water environment of the Yanghe River which flowing through 7 districts and 4 counties of Zhangjiakou City. Based on the MIKE SHE model,the input-response relationship between pollutant emission and water quality in Yanghe River basin was established,and the water quality improvement effect of the three different point/non-point source pollution control schemes was evaluated. The results show that in 2019,COD and TP concentrations of the key No. 8 bridge section of the Yanghe main s tream compliant to class Ⅲ of standard of water enviroment is only 33% and 75%(basic scheme). Controlling the point source of urban sewage can increase COD and TP compliance rates of the No. 8 bridge section to 100%. Controlling the non-point source rural sewage makes COD and TP compliance rates of the No. 8 bridge section 58%and 82%,respectively. The controlling of both urban sewage and rural sewage not only improves the water environment best,but also can avoid standard-exceeding of water quality issues under low flow scenarios. To improve the water environment in the Yanghe River Basin,urban sewage should be focused and rural sewage control should be implemented as much as possible.
