摘  要:在水电站水力过渡过程中,气垫式调压室封闭气室内的高压气体因调压室底部压力变化而发生压缩或膨胀,特别是某些突发情况使气体体积改变迅速时,会引起危害性高温或低温。为了解室内气体温度在各种工况下的变化范围及可能的危害,通过建立模型,进行数值模拟计算,详细分析预测了气垫式调压室内气体温度变化情况和危害特征。结果表明,室内气体存在低温引发室内水体结冰而影响甚至使调压室散失功能的潜在危险,需确定室内初始气温,就相关危险情况逐一分析,确定可能的最高、最低温度以及冰点续时。相关建议可为气垫式调压室的设计和运行提供参考,对保证气垫式调压室正常工作以及维护电站整体安全具有现实意义。In the process of hydraulic transition of power station,especially in some emergencies,the high-pressure gas in the air cushion surge chamber(ACSC)is compressed or expanded due to the pressure change at the bottom of the tunnel,resulting in hazardous temperature change. In order to understand the variation range and possible harm of inner gas temperature under various working conditions,this paper analyzed and predicted the change and harm characteristics of inner gas temperature in ACSC by establishing a model and carrying out numerical simulation calculation. The results show that there is a potential risk that the low temperature of inner gas will cause the freezing of indoor water and even cause the loss of the function of the ACSC. It is necessary to determine the initial inner temperature,analyze the relevant risk situation one by one,and determine the possible maximum and minimum temperature and water freezing point duration. Relevant suggestions can provide reference for the design and operation of ACSC,and have practical significance for ensuring the normal operation of ACSC and maintaining the safety of power station.
