摘　　要：目的对葛根素联合参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效进行Meta分析。方法检索中英文主要数据库从建库至2019年12月31日葛根素联合参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎随机对照试验研究。Cochrane评价员手册、Jadad评分法用来进行偏倚风险及质量评价。应用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果2项研究符合纳入标准进行偏倚风险及质量评价。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组与对照组相比,临床疗效总有效率比值比(Odds ratio,OR)为4.82,95%可信区间(Confidence interval,CI)2.17~10.71,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0001);临床疗效痊愈率OR为2.31,95%CI:1.35~3.96,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论葛根素联合参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效显著,需要更多的随机对照试验进一步验证。Objective To make a Meta-analysis on the clinical efficacy of puerarin combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children.Methods The main Chinese and English databases about the randomized controlled trials of puerarin combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children from the establishment to December 31,2019 were retrieved.Cochrane evaluator′s manual and Jadad scoring method were applied to evaluate the bias risk and quality of the included trials.RevMan5.3 software was applied for meta-analysis.Results Biased risk and quality evaluation were carried out,and 2 trials met the inclusion criteria.Meta-analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR)of clinical efficacy to the total effective rate in the treatment group to the control group was 4.82,and the 95%confidence interval(CI)was 2.17-10.71,with statistically significant differences(P=0.0001).The OR of clinical efficacy to recovery rate was 2.31,and the 95%CI was 1.35-3.96,with statistically significant differences(P=0.002).Conclusion Puerarin combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis has significant clinical efficacy.However,the quantity and sample size of included trials are small,and the quality of included trials is relatively low,so more randomized controlled trials are needed for further verification.
