摘 要:为研究一体机技术在沥青路面层间黏结性能,运用ABAQUS有限元模拟分析不同超载和刹车工况下的层间拉应力和剪应力,并研究了沥青路面层间黏结的技术需求,对比了传统黏层施工技术3种状态(未受破坏、受到破坏、受到污染)下的黏结强度。结果表明:超载和刹车对层间应力均有一定的影响,其中刹车对层间应力影响更为明显;提出了超载+刹车极限受力状况下沥青路面层间黏结强度的技术指标要求,即复合件拉拔和剪切强度分别不小于0.2,0.5 MPa;传统施工受到污染和破坏两种工况下层间黏结强度均不能满足技术指标要求,而一体机技术可以满足,验证了一体机技术层间黏结性能的优越性,可以有效解决传统黏层施工技术黏层受到污染和破坏的问题.In order to study the bonding properties of the integrated machine technology in the asphalt pavement,ABAQUS finite element simulation is used to analyze the drawing stress and shear stress under different overload and braking conditions,to study the technical requirements of the interlayer bonding of the asphalt pavement and to compare the bonding properties under three conditions(undamaged,damaged,contaminated)of the traditional construction technology.The results show that overload and braking have certain influence on the interlayer stress,the braking has more obvious influence on the interlayer stress.The technical index requirements of the interlayer bonding strength of asphalt pavement under the condition of overload+braking limit stress are put forward,that is,the drawing and shear strength of composite parts are not less than 0.2,0.5 MPa respectively.The interlayer bonding strength cannot meet the requirements of technical indicators under the two working conditions of contaminate and damage in traditional construction,while the technology of integrated machine can meet the requirements,which verifies the superiority of the interlayer bonding properties of the integrated machine technology,and can effectively solve the problem of contaminate and damage in the adhesive layer of traditional construction technology.
