摘 要:以广州市轨道交通7号线二期工程大沙东站—姬堂站区间和加庄站—科丰路站站区间钻探勘察工作为依托,分析水平定向取芯钻进技术发展现状,并研究了水平定向钻进相关参数、定向绳索连续取芯方案原理、水平定向取芯钻探勘察的可行性。首次采用了水平定向连续取芯的钻探技术,按设计路径到达了预定的钻探位置,其在软弱土层、硬岩及断裂带均具有较好的适应性。水平定向取芯钻探具有传统垂直钻探无法比拟的特点以及对工程设计、施工所能带来的重要社会和经济效益,但也存在一些限制因素需要解决。Based on the drilling work of between the section of Dadongsha Station—Jitang Station and Jiazhuang Station—Kefeng Road Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 7(second phase),the current situation of the development of horizontal orienteering coring drilling technology has been analyzed,and horizontal orienteering drilling related parameter,the principle of orienteering rope continuous coring and the feasibility of the horizontal orienteering coring drilling exploration have been studied.For the first time,horizontal orienteering continuous core drilling technology has been adopted,and the drilling position has reached according to the designed path.It has good adaptability in soft soil layer,hard rock and fault zone.Horizontal orienteering coring drilling has the incomparable characteristics than traditional vertical drilling which brings important social and economic benefits to engineering design and construction.But there are some limiting factors to be solved as well.
