摘　　要：本文分析一典型案例的原发性损伤、继发性损伤及其并发症,剖析其疾病发病机制及病因与原发性损伤之发生、发展、转归是否具有因果关系并予归纳总结,试供该类案件的鉴定参考。This paper analyzes the primary injury,secondary injury and its complications in a typical case,ana⁃lyzes the pathogenesis and etiology of the disease and whether there is a causal relationship with the occurrence,de⁃velopment and outcome of the primary injury,and summarizes them to provide reference for the identification of such cases.
