国医大师刘嘉湘辨治难治性乳腺癌验案一则

摘　　要：本文介绍国医大师刘嘉湘治疗现代医学多线治疗失败后的晚期乳腺癌1例医案。刘老立健脾益肾、疏肝理气、软坚化痰、散瘀解毒法,使难治性乳腺癌患者带瘤生存,生活质量得到改善,体现"以人为本,人瘤并重"的扶正治癌大"道",值得中医临床借鉴。This article introduced a medical case of national TCM master Liu Jiaxiang in the treatment of advanced breast cancer after the failure of modern medical multi-line therapies.Master Liu established the methods of enforcing the spleen and nourishing the kidney,soothing the liver and regulating qi,softening hardness and resolving phlegm,and dissipating stasis and clearing toxins,keeping the patient with refractory breast cancer survive with tumors and improving her quality of life.This medical case embodies the Dao of“strengthening vital qi to treat cancer”,which is“patient-centered with emphasis on both patient and tumor”.The case is worthy of reference in the clinical practice of TCM.
