摘 要:黑龙江省奶牛养殖业规模化发展带来的环境污染问题日益突出,迫切需要产业升级,粪污资源化利用是必然选择。从粪污资源化利用视角,探究黑龙江省奶牛养殖业产业升级具体路径具有重要意义。选取2005-2019年面板数据,测算黑龙江省奶牛养殖业产业升级系数和粪污资源化利用潜在价值,将粪污资源化利用潜在价值作为影响产业升级的重要因素,采用随机效应模型实证分析。结果表明,粪污资源化利用有利于奶牛养殖业产业升级;能源化利用与资源化利用对产业升级的影响存在差异,能源化利用对产业升级的促进作用优于肥料化利用;粪污肥料化利用与能源化利用对各地区奶牛养殖业产业升级的作用效果差异显著,能源化利用模式作用效果优于肥料化利用模式。基于此,提出因地制宜推进奶牛养殖业粪污资源化利用、提升产业资金吸引力和增加奶牛养殖业劳动力储备的建议。The environmental pollution caused by the large-scale development of dairy cow breeding in Heilongjiang Province is becoming increasingly prominent, which urgently needs upgrading. The resource utilization of excrement pollution is an inevitable choice. From the perspective of excrement resource utilization, it is of great significance to explore the specific path of dairy cow breeding industry upgrading in Heilongjiang Province. Based on the panel data from 2005 to 2019, the upgrading coefficient of dairy cow breeding industry and the potential value of waste resource utilization in Heilongjiang Province were calculated,and the random effect model was used to analyze the potential value of waste resource utilization as an important factor affecting the industrial upgrading. The results showed that the utilization of excrement resources was beneficial to the industrial upgrading of dairy cow breeding;the impact of energy utilization and resource utilization on industrial upgrading was different. The use of energy had better promotion of industrial upgrading than that of the fertilizer utilization. There were also significant differences in the effects of utilization and energy utilization on the industrial upgrading of dairy cow breeding in various cities. The effect of energy utilization mode was higher than that of fertilizer utilization mode. It was recommended to promote the utilization of excrement from dairy cow breeding, enhance the attractiveness of industrial funds, and increase the laber reserve of dairy cow breeding industry.
