基于CiteSpace的公立医院治理研究热点与前沿分析

摘　　要：目的:分析公立医院治理的研究热点与前沿演进,为推进公立医院治理与善治、实现高质量发展提供参考。方法:通过可视化分析软件Citespace绘制出2001年至2020年期间中国学术期刊网络出版总库中关于国内公立医院治理研究的知识图谱,并进行可视化分析。结果:共检索到符合要求的文献1158篇。我国公立医院治理研究机构与学者之间缺乏合作共享;研究热点主题有产权制度、体制改革、治理结构等;最新研究前沿集中在分级诊疗、协同治理、治理体系等方面。结论:公立医院治理研究应加强跨学科、跨机构合作,发挥多元主体在公立医院协同治理中的作用,强化研究理论成果在医院治理实践中的运用。Objecticve:To analyze the research hot topic and trends of public hospital governance,provide references for promoting public hospital governance and good governance,and achieving high-quality development.Methods:Use the visual analysis software Citespace to draw a network map of Knowledge about the governance research of public hospitals in the Chinese academic journals net⁃work publishing database from 2001 to 2020,and perform visual analysis.Results:A total of 1,158 papers were obtained.There is a lack of cooperation and sharing between public hospital governance research institutions and scholars in my country.Research hot top⁃ics include property rights systems,system reforms,governance structures,etc.The latest research frontiers focus on hierarchical diag⁃nosis and treatment,collaborative governance,governance systems,etc.Conclusions:Public hospital governance research should strengthen cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional cooperation,give play to the role of multiple subjects in the collaborative gover⁃nance of public hospitals,and strengthen the application of research theoretical results in hospital governance practices.
