摘　　要：目的:分析南京市妇幼保健院专利管理工作现状,总结存在的问题,提出改进医院专利管理工作的策略与建议。方法:统计南京市妇幼保健院2015-2020年期间获得授权的专利,对授权专利的数量、类型,授权专利第一发明人的年龄、学历、职称、所在学科,授权专利转化,授权专利数与当年医院立项课题数和发表论文数之间的情况进行描述性统计分析。结果:医院近几年专利数量总体呈现上升趋势,但授权专利类型以实用新型为主,发明专利所占比重较低,同时授权专利的转化率极低。结论:提出改进医院专利管理工作的策略与建议:建立三位一体联动机制,从医院、专利管理部门和专利申请者个人三个层面出发,提高医务人员专利申请积极性,同时依托各类转化平台,促进专利工作产学研用一体化发展。Objective:To analyze the current situation of patent management in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital,summarize the existing problems,and put forward strategies and suggestions to improve the patent management in the hospital.Meth-ods:Make statistics on the patents granted by Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from 2015 to 2020,and make descrip⁃tive statistical analysis on the number and type of granted patents,the age,education,professional title and discipline of the first inventor of the granted patent,the transformation of the granted patent,the number of granted patents and the number of projects and papers published by the hospital in the current year.Result:In recent years,the total number of patents in hospitals showed an upward trend,but the types of authorized patents were mainly utility models,the proportion of invention patents was low,and the conversion rate of authorized patents is very low.Conclusion:Put forward strategies and suggestions to improve hospital patent management:Establish a trinity linkage mechanism,improve the enthusiasm of medical personnel for patent application from the three levels of hospitals,patent management departments and patent applicants,and promote the integrated development of industry,university,research and application of patent work by relying on various transformation platforms.
