吡非尼酮致皮肤光毒性反应一例  

Skin phototoxicity induced by pirfenidone: a case report

摘　　要：吡非尼酮是一种新的广谱抗炎及抗纤维化药物,尤其对治疗特发性肺纤维化具有非常好的效果。但同时也存在较大的毒副作用,如光过敏。本文报道1例肺纤维化患者服用吡非尼酮4周后出现严重光毒性反应,停用吡非尼酮并给予糖皮质激素治疗后,皮损逐渐消退。Pirfenidone is a new broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis drug, which has a very good effect on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. But it also has more adverse reactions, such as photosensitivity. We report a case of pulmonary fibrosis with severe phototoxicity after 4 weeks of pirfenidone treatment in this paper. The skin lesions gradually subside after pirfenidone was discontinued and glucocorticoid was given.
