摘 要:对聚丙烯蜡(PPW)相变材料进行羧基化改性,通过自乳化、离子交联分别得到了PPW乳液、PPW多孔定型相变材料(PPW-P),将PPW-P与定量石蜡(PA)在80℃条件下浸渍吸附20 min,得到复合定型相变材料(PPW-P@PA)。采用扫描电子显微镜、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热失重分析仪、激光导热仪等研究了PPW乳液、PPW-P及PPW-P@PA的形貌、相对分子质量、结晶度及热性能等。结果表明:PPW乳液的总相变焓损失率在5.04%以下,PPW-P的热分解温度为369.3℃,具有良好的热稳定性能,PPW-P@PA的结晶焓为-74.08 J/g,在85℃条件下无明显泄漏,具有良好的储能性能。Polypropylene wax(PPW)was modified to obtain PPW emulsion and PPW porous material(PPW-P)via self-emulsification and ion crosslinking.PPW-P was then dipped and absorbed with paraffin wax(PA)at 80℃for 20 minutes to prepare PPW-P@PA.The morphology,relative molecular mass,crystallinity and thermal properties of PPW emulsion,PPW-P and PPW-P@PA were characterized by scanning electron microscope,gel permeation chromatograph,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer and laser thermal conductivity meter.The results show that the total phase change enthalpy loss rate of PPW emulsion is less than 5.04%;the thermal decomposition temperature of PPW-P is 369.3℃,representing excellent thermal stability;the crystallization enthalpy of PPW-P@PA is-74.08 J/g,it performs excellently in energy storage with no obvious leakage at 85℃.
