摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米CaCO_(3)进行表面改性,将表面改性CaCO_(3)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)、聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,制备了PP/TPE/表面改性CaCO_(3)复合材料,表征并研究了其结构与性能。结果表明:加入表面改性CaCO_(3)使复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度增加。表面改性CaCO_(3)含量为6%(w)时复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均最大,分别为29.85 MPa,25.67 MPa,43.79 kJ/m^(2);与纯PP相比,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高了6.5%,11.5%,3.0%。表面改性CaCO_(3)含量为10%(w)时,终止分解温度从466.9℃增加到473.7℃,分解速率最快时的温度从455.9℃增加到460.5℃,对体系的热解稳定性有一定的改善。The surface of nano-CaCO_(3) was modified by silane coupling agent and melt and mixed with thermal plastic elastomer(TPE)and polypropylene(PP)to prepare surface-modified PP/TPE/CaCO_(3) composite materials,whose morphology and properties were characterized.The results show that the storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of the composites are increased by adding surface modified calcium carbonate.The tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of the composite material reach the maximum of 29.85 MPa,25.67 MPa and 43.79 kJ/m^(2) respectively when the mass fraction of surface-modified CaCO_(3) is 6%;the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength are increased by 6.5%,11.5%and 3.0%respectively than those of pure PP.The decomposition end temperature is enhanced from 466.9℃to 474.7℃,and the fastest decomposition temperature also goes from 455.9℃to 460.4℃,which partly improves the thermal stability of the system when the mass fraction of the decomposition end temperature is enhanced from 466.9℃to 474.7℃,and the fastest decomposition temperature also goes from 455.9℃to 460.4℃,which partly improves the thermal stability of surface-modified CaCO_(3) is 10%.
