摘  要:某燃煤锅炉在运行过程中存在再热器减温水量偏大的问题,严重影响了锅炉的经济运行。为了找到再热器减温水量的控制规律,分别研究了省煤器出口氧量、再热器挡板开度和磨煤机组合方式等对再热器减温水量的影响。研究结果表明,为了降低再热器的减温水量,随着机组负荷的升高,省煤器出口氧量宜降低;同时,再热器侧挡板开度宜逐渐减小,而过热器侧挡板开度宜相应增大;若5台磨煤机运行时,应多投B磨煤机,少投E磨煤机。此外,由于再热器对流受热面布置过多,在设备不做改动的前提下,优化运行方式可以适当降低再热器的喷水量。During the operation of a coal-fired boiler,there exists the problem that the volume of reheater desuperheater water is too large,which seriously affects the economic operation of the boiler.In order to find out the control law of the reheater cooling water quantity,the effects of the outlet oxygen of economizer,the opening of reheater baffle and the combination mode of coal mill on the reheater cooling water quantity were studied respectively.The research results show that the outlet oxygen quantity of the economizer should be reduced to decrease the volume of reheater desuperheater water with the increasing unit load.Meanwhile,the opening degree of the side baffle of the reheater should decrease gradually,while that of the side baffle of the superheater should increase correspondingly.If 5 coal mills are running simultaneously,the running time of B mill should be more and the running time of E mill should be less.Another main reason for the larger amount of water spraying in the reheater is that the convective heating surface of the reheater is too much.Under the premise of no modification of the equipment,the water spraying amount in the reheater can also be appropriately reduced by optimizing the operation mode.
