摘　　要：2021年4月,中共中央办公厅印发了修订后的《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》,明确要求将“改善结构”作为党员发展工作的方针之一。青年教师作为高学历的青年人才,吸引他们入党对党员队伍结构的改善至关重要。为了优化新时代背景下高校青年教师党员队伍建设路径,该文以江苏省某“211”高校为例,对高校青年教师发展现状进行调查,发现我国高校青年教师党员发展工作存在以下问题:发展重视程度不足,制度不完善;工作形式单一,创新不足;基层党组织的青年教师服务机制不健全。该文从制度建设、思想引导、组织管理、服务建设四个方面出发,对高校青年教师党员发展工作提出建议。In April 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)issued the revised“Regulations on the Work of the Basic Level Organizations of the Communist Party of China(CPC)”,which explicitly requires“improving the structure”as one of the guidelines for the development of Party members.Young teachers are highly educated young talents,and attracting them to join the Party is of vital importance to the improvement of the structure of the Party member team.In order to optimize the construction path of the Party member team of young teachers in colleges and universities under the background of the new era,this paper conducts a survey on the current situation of the Party member team of young teachers with a Project 211 university in Jiangsu Province as an example.The following problems have been found in the development of Party members of young teachers in China’s colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention to development and imperfect systems,single work styles and insufficient innovation,and incomplete service mechanism for young teachers by basic level Party organizations.Therefore,this paper proposes suggestions for the development of Party members of young teachers in colleges and universities from four aspects:system construction,ideological guidance,organization management,and service construction.
