摘　　要：建设高质量大学生党员队伍,始终是高校党建工作的重中之重。近年来,高校党建工作取得了一定成果,但仍然存在党员选拔要求不明晰、党员发展过程不规范、党员培训缺乏创新性等问题。在从严治党背景下,可采取以下措施来提升高校大学生党员发展质量:从严遴选,确保发展质量;从严监督,规范发展程序;从严教育,完善培训体系。Building a high-quality team of college student Party members has always been the top priority of university Party construction.In recent years,some achievements have been made in Party building in universities,but there are still some problems,such as unclear requirements for the selection of Party members,non-standard process of Party member development,lack of innovation in Party member training and so on.In the context of strictly governing the Party,we can adopt strict selection to ensure the development quality.At the same time,we should strictly supervise and standardize the development procedures.In addition,we should strictly educate and improve the training system to improve the development quality of college student Party members.
