摘 要:通过施用不同浓度的微生物菌剂,研究黄瓜种植土壤理化性质的变化。结果表明:随着微生物菌剂投加量的提高,土壤容重、pH值、电导率都表现出先减小后增加的趋势,其中菌剂施用量135kg/hm^(2)对于土壤理化性质的改善作用最为突出;不同微生物菌剂投加量处理,土壤养分的含量变化趋势同土壤有机质的变化相近,即先升高后降低,说明微生物菌剂的施用可以有效提高土壤肥力;通过对不同处理下土壤中脲酶和过氧化氢酶含量进行检测,发现微生物菌剂的投加使得土壤酶活性有了一定程度的提高。In this study,we evaluated the physical and chemical properties of cucumber planting soil after applying different concentrations of microbial inoculants.The results showed that with the increase of microbial agent dosages,the soil bulk density,pH value,and electrical conductivity all decreased firstly and then increased.Among them,mi⁃crobial inoculants at 135 kg/hm^(2)improved the physical and chemical properties of the soil most prominently.At the same time,under each treatment,the change of soil nutrient content increased firstly and then decreased which is similar to soil organic matter.This phenomenon indicated that the application of microbial agents can also effectively improve soil fertility.Through the detection of the contents of urease and catalase in the soil,it is found that the soil enzyme activity has also been improved to a certain extent.
