摘 要:研究了羟基氟硅油以及二段硫化时间对氟硅导电橡胶导电性和力学性能的影响从而确定最佳配方和二段硫化条件,并探究其电磁屏蔽性能和耐燃油性能。结果表明:当羟基氟硅油添加量为3%,二段硫化时间1 h时,氟硅导电橡胶的体积电阻率为0.0024Ω∙cm,拉伸强度可达1.21 MPa,撕裂强度可达6.18 kN/m,具有良好的电磁屏蔽效能和耐燃油性能,综合性能相对优异。The effects of hydroxy fluorosilicone oil and post cure time on the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of fluorosilicone conductive rubber were studied to determine the optimal formulation and post cure conditions,and to explore its electromagnetic shielding performance and fuel resistance.The results show that the volume resistivity of the fluorosilicone conductive rubber is 0.0024Ω∙cm and the tensile strength can reach 1.21 MPa when the addition amount of hydroxy fluorosilicone oil is 3%and the post cure time is 1 h.At the same time,the tear strength can reach 6.18 kN/m,with good electromagnetic shielding efficiency and fuel resistance performance,and the comprehensive performance is relatively excellent.
