摘　　要：热塑性弹性体(TPE)是一类具有橡胶和热塑性塑料综合优异性能材料,而热塑性硫化胶(TPV)就是TPE中制备出的一个分支。TPV可以通过动态硫化方式制备出来,它具有普通的硫化胶优异的密封性能,本文详细介绍了Santoprene牌TPV,多项物理性能及对比数据,可成为各种汽车密封系统多用途材料,还介绍了国内有相似产品的厂家,均可满足汽车密封系统的应用。Thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)is a kind of excellent material with comprehensive properties of rubber and thermoplastic,and thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)is a branch of TPE.TPV can be prepared by dynamic vulcanization,and it has the excellent sealing performance of ordinary vulcanizates.This paper introduces in detail the physical properties and comparative data of Santoprene TPV,which can be used as a multi-purpose material for various automotive sealing systems.It also introduces domestic manufacturers with similar products,which can meet the application of automotive sealing systems.
