摘　　要：介绍了在成型机上应用西门子Simotion D435运动控制器,通过西门子工业现场总线PROFIBUS-DP,SIMOTION D435连接人机界面及用于数字量和模拟量I/O扩展的接口模块;通过DRIVE-CLIQ总线与SIMOTION D435连接驱动单元各模块及电机编码器,采用电子凸轮功能实现对成型机的运动控制。整机自动化水平高,系统运行稳定。This paper introduces the application of Siemens Simotion D435 motion controller on the building machine,and the connection of the human-machine interface and the interface module for digital and analog I/O expansion through the Siemens industrial field bus PROFIBUS-DP.Each module of the drive unit and the motor encoder are connected to the SIMOTION D435 through the DRIVE-CLIQ bus,and the electronic cam function was used to realize the motion control of the building machine.The whole machine has a high level of automation and the system runs stably.
