摘 要:基于2003年至2016年中国高新技术产业产品进口与高新技术产品专利量的数据,文章进行了相关实证研究。文章的回归分析表明:中国高新技术产业产品进口数量与中国高新技术产业专利申请数量之间呈显著的正相关关系;中国高新技术产业产品进口每增加1亿美元,中国高新技术产业的专利申请数量将增加8件。格兰杰因果检验表明:中国高新技术产业产品进口数量的增加是中国高新技术产业专利数量增加的格兰杰原因。文章的脉冲响应分析也证实中国高新技术产业产品进口会促进中国高新技术产业的技术进步。文章的误差修正模型研究表明,当中国高新技术产业专利数量的短期波动偏离长期均衡时,将以76.0680%的调整力度从非均衡态拉回均衡态。Based on the data of China's high-tech industrial product imports and high-tech product patent volume from 2003 to 2016,this article conducts relevant empirical research.The regression analysis of the article shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the number of China's high-tech industry product imports and the number of China's high-tech industry patent applications;for every 100 million US dollars in China's high-tech industry product imports,the number of China's high-tech industry patent applications 8 pieces will be added.Granger causality test shows that the increase in imports of China's high-tech industry products is the Granger reason for the increase in the number of patents in China's high-tech industry.The article’s impulse response analysis also confirms that China’s high-tech industry product imports will promote the technological progress of China’s high-tech industry.The study of the error correction model in this article shows that when the short-term fluctuations in the number of patents in China's high-tech industries deviate from the long-term equilibrium,it will be adjusted back from the non-equilibrium state to the equilibrium state with an adjustment intensity of 76.0680%.
