摘 要:为了研究铁镍合金粉对于金刚石(100)面石墨化的影响,将金刚石与铁镍合金粉混合后在真空环境下对金刚石进行热处理,通过刻蚀的方法对金刚石进行石墨化。通过对石墨化后金刚石的表面形貌、物相变化、表面化学键变化以及石墨在金刚石表面的存在形式的表征探究铁镍合金粉对于金刚石(100)面的石墨化影响。结果表明在850℃时,金刚石(111)面无刻蚀痕迹,(100)面出现轻微刻蚀痕迹,且表面存在石墨相,少量薄层石墨以范德华力吸附于金刚石表面;通过对石墨化后金刚石进行x射线光电子能谱分析,金刚石在经过石墨化处理之后表面sp^(3)键数目减少,sp^(2)键数目增多,证实了金刚石石墨化后形成了石墨相,同时,金刚石石墨化的过程初步推断为sp^(3)键断裂为sp^(2)键的过程。In order to study the effect of Fe-Ni alloy powder on the graphitization of diamond(100)surface,the diamond is mixed with Fe-Ni alloy powder and heat treated in a vacuum environment,and it is graphitized by etching.The effect of Fe-Ni alloy powder on the graphitization of diamond(100)surface is explored through the characterization of the surface morphology,phase change,surface chemical bond change and the existence of graphite on the diamond surface after graphitization.The result shows that,at 850℃,there are no etching marks on the(111)surface of the diamond,slight etching marks on the(100)surfaceof the diamond,and the presence of graphite phase on the surface.A small amount of thin graphite is adsorbed on the diamond surface by van der Waals force.Through graphitization,the diamond is analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,the number of sp^(3) bonds on the surface of the diamond decreases after the graphitization treatment,and the number of sp^(2) bonds increases,which confirms that the graphite phase is formed after the diamond graphitization.At the same time,the process of diamond graphitization is preliminarily inferred to be the process of breaking sp^(3) bonds into sp^(2) bonds.
