摘  要:为了改善和加快褐煤的微波脱水干燥过程,对不同微波功率、初始含水率以及添加剂影响下褐煤的微波脱水过程进行了研究.为了探究添加剂对干燥产物理化性质所产生的影响,从多种角度探究添加剂促进褐煤微波脱水的作用机理,对添加剂在脱水后产生的固体和液体产物理化性质上所产生的影响进行了研究.结果表明,不同的微波功率、初始含水率和添加剂均会对褐煤的微波加热过程产生影响.添加氯化锌可以使得固体产物的结构更加趋向于高阶煤并使得表面的疏水性增强;在添加氯化锌时,液体产物中的各类有机物和无机物含量大于添加氯化铁时的含量.In order to improve and speed up the microwave dehydration and drying process of lignite,the microwave dehydration process of lignite under the influence of different microwave power,initial moisture contents and additives was studied.To explore the effect of additives on the physical and chemical properties of drying products,the mechanism of additives promoting the microwave dehydration of lignite was explored from various aspects,and the effects of additives on the physical and chemical properties of solid and liquid products after dehy-dration were also studied.The results show that different microwave power,initial moisture contents and additives can affect the microwave heating process of lignite.With the addition of ZnCl_(2),the structure of solid products tends to resemble that of higher rank coal and the surface hydrophobicity is enhanced,and the contents of organic and inorganic compounds in liquid products are higher than those with the addition of FeCl_(3).
