摘　　要：习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,为我国培养新时代德法兼修的优秀法学人才,指明了前进方向,提供了根本遵循。高校是法治人才培养的第一阵地,肩负着培养德才兼备高素质法治人才的重任。高校在优秀法学人才的培养中,要以习近平法治思想为指导,积极引导广大青年学生坚定不移跟党走,始终坚持以人民为中心的根本立场,增强宪法意识和法律意识,使广大青年学生成为廉洁奉公的优秀公民,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家输送可靠的法治后备力量。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It points out the way forward and provides fundamental guidelines for China to cultivate outstanding legal talents who possess both moral integrity and legal knowledge in the new era. Colleges and universities are in the front line of training legal talents, shouldering the responsibility for cultivating high-quality legal talents with both integrity and legal knowledge. In the training process, colleges and universities should take Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the guidance to lead young students to unswervingly follow the Party and adhere to the people-centered fundamental position;enhance student’s constitutional awareness and legal awareness;become excellent citizens of integrity who are willing to devote themselves to serving the public. In this way, we can deliver reliable legal talents for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
