摘　　要：专利侵权是企业经营过程中面临的重要危机之一,面对侵权诉讼的狂轰乱炸,专利侵权预警工作至关重要。文章将2000—2020年Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的关于专利侵权预警研究的449篇核心期刊作为研究对象,利用Citespace可视化软件从主要发文国家、关键词和突变术语等角度,对全球研究成果进行分析,进而探求专利侵权预警的发展历程、研究热点和前沿趋势,并提出了未来专利侵权预警研究法律制度更健全、情报收集更全面、预警分析智能化等相关议题。Patent infringement is one of the important crises faced by enterprises in the process of business operations.Facing the frenzied bombardment of infringement lawsuits, early warning of patent infringement is crucial for enterprises.Based on 449 core journals related to patent infringement early-warning research from 2000 to 2020 included in the Web of Science database, the paper uses Cite Space information visualization software to analyze the global research results from the perspectives of the main publishing countries, keywords, and mutation terms, then explores the development history, research highlights, and cutting-edge trends of patent infringement early warning. It also puts forward some related topics such as a more complete patent infringement early-warning research legal system, more comprehensive information collection, and intelligent early warning analysis in the future.
