摘　　要：基于目前我国旅游人才培养与旅游行业发展之间契合度低,特别是本科学生专业能力不足的现状,本科院校旅游管理类专业在人才培养方案、育人机制、师资队伍、培养环境等方面需要对照《旅游管理类教学质量国家标准》,采取积极措施,重视专业能力的培养,满足新时代旅游发展的需要。Based on the current situation of low fit between China’s tourism talent training and the development of the tourism industry,especially the lack of professional ability of undergraduate students,tourism management majors in undergraduate universities need to take positive measures and pay attention to the cultivation of professional ability in terms of talent training scheme,education mechanism,teaching staff and training environment in accordance with the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Tourism Management so as to meet the needs of tourism development in the new era.
