摘 要:目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)表达与病情严重程度的相关性。方法随机选取该院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的117例ACS患者为观察组,同期选取117例体检健康者为对照组。检测LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1、AT-Ⅲ水平,分析其表达与病情严重程度的关系。结果观察组血清LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1水平高于对照组,血清AT-Ⅲ水平低于对照组(P<0.05);与轻度、中度病变患者比较,重度病变患者血清LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1水平升高,AT-Ⅲ水平降低(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,ACS患者LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1水平与病情严重程度呈正相关,AT-Ⅲ水平与病情严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1、AT-Ⅲ为ACS发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论LOX-1、FIB、PAI-1、AT-Ⅲ水平变化与ACS的发生、发展相关,其可有效评估疾病进展,有望成为ACS诊断及预后评估的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(LOX-1),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and antithrombinⅢ(AT-Ⅲ)and the severity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 117 ACS patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly selected as the observation group,and 117 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of LOX-1,FIB,PAI-1 and AT-Ⅲwere detected,and the relationship between their expression and the severity of the disease was analyzed.Results The serum levels of LOX-1,FIB and PAI-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the serum AT-Ⅲlevel was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with patients with mild and moderate lesions,the levels of serum LOX-1,FIB and PAI-1 in patients with severe lesions were increased,and the level of AT-Ⅲwas decreased(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the levels of LOX-1,FIB,and PAI-1 in ACS patients were positively correlated with the severity of the disease,and the level of AT-Ⅲwas negatively correlated with the severity of the disease(P<0.05).LOX-1,FIB,PAI-1 and AT-Ⅲwere the influencing factors of ACS(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of LOX-1,FIB,PAI-1 and AT-Ⅲlevels are related to the occurrence and development of ACS.They can be used to assess the disease progression effectively and are expected to be biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of ACS.
