摘  要:洗涤剂浓缩化和绿色化是日化洗涤行业发展的趋势。本文重点探讨了几种植物基绿色表面活性剂对浓缩丝毛洗涤剂、浓缩+洗衣液和洗衣凝珠的低温浊点、泡沫性能、去污力等性能的影响。结果发现,在本实验条件下,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)、天然油脂改性乙氧基化物(SOE)、乙氧基化天然油脂改性磺酸钠物(SNS)的低温稳定性相比AEO9及烷基糖苷(APG)好,在配方兼容性表现更优;与AEO9相比,上述几种原料泡沫低,去污力相近。Detergent concentration and greening are the development trends of the daily chemical industry.The effects of several plant-based green surfactants on the low-temperature cloud point,foam performance and detergency of concentrated silk and wool detergent,concentrated+laundry detergent and laundry capsules was focused on this article.The experimental results found that fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE),natural oil modified ethoxylate(SOE),ethoxylated natural oil modified sodium sulfonate(SNS)have better low-temperature stability and better formulation compatibility compared with AEO9 and Alkyl Glycosides(APG),the above-mentioned raw materials have low foam and similar detergency.
