摘  要:生物质组分复杂,各组分之间存在着共价键等相互作用,因而它在水解过程中不仅涉及到纤维素、半纤维素和木质素之间的相互作用,还涉及到它们水解产物之间的二次反应。基于此,本研究以木粉作为生物质代表,从中分离出综纤维素和木质素,对综纤维素、木质素、木综混合物以及木粉在亚临界水中的水解行为和产物分布进行了研究。研究发现当反应温度低于260℃时,综纤维素-木质素间相互作用促进了木粉的水解,但是却抑制了综纤维素糖苷键的断裂反应,导致抽出液中总碳水化合物含量低于综纤维素和木综混合物;当反应温度高于260℃时,木质素抑制了综纤维素水解产物的芳环化反应;在木综混合物中,虽然木质素在温度高于260℃时对综纤维素水解生成总碳水化合物的反应几乎没有影响,但是它可能促进了总碳水化合物水解生成还原糖的反应,或抑制了还原糖的水解反应。以上研究结果可为解明生物质在亚临界水中的水解机制提供理论指导。The structure of real biomass is very complex and chemical linkages such as hydrogen bonds and covalent linkages existed among biomass components,which would significant effect the hydrolysis behavior and products distribution during hydrolysis biomass in subcritical water.Therefore,we employed wood meal as model of biomass,and holocellulose as well as lignin were purified from wood meal to investigate the hydrolysis behaviors and products distribution of holocellulose,lignin,holocellulose-lignin mixture and wood meal in subcritical water,in the present study.It was found that the interactions between holocellulose and lignin promoted the hydrolysis of wood meal at the temperatures under 260℃,but it inhibited the cleavage of glycosidic bond in holocellulsoe,resulting in the lower total carbohydrate contents in the extract.In the case of holocellulose-lignin mixture,although the lignin showed negligible effect on the hydrolysis of holocellulose to carbohydrates at the temperature higher than 260℃,it promoted the hydrolysis of carbohydrates to reducing sugar or inhibited the hydrolysis of reducing sugar.In addition,the lignin inhibited the aromatization reaction of holocellulose hydrolysis products at the temperature above 260℃.
