摘　　要：苯胺生产工艺涉及了易燃、易爆和有毒有害物质,还存在高温真空等特殊工艺条件,由于还没有更好的先进工艺来取代硝基苯催化加氢法,故对此法的危险性分析与评价非常重要。本文采用道化学火灾、爆炸指数评价法对苯胺生产工艺进行危险性分析,为企业建立更加科学有效的安全管理制度提供了指导性意见。The aniline production process is involved in not only inflammable,explosive,toxic and harmful materials,but also the special conditions including high temperature,vacuum and so on.As no more advanced techniques can be used to replace the process of adding hydrogen to nitrobenzene,it is particularly important to do the hazard analysis and evaluation of this method.DOW methods are employed to analyze the fire and explosive accidents of the aniline production enterprises.The analyses provide the guides for the enterprises establishing more scientific and effective safety management system.
