摘　　要：目的:探讨无创心功能检查对高血压病合并动脉硬化风险的预测价值。方法:50名高血压患者和24名非高血压患者为研究对象,采用无创心功能检查测量,比较各组指标差异,并进行ROC曲线计算。结果:高血压患者LTPF、CR、LCI、JP、VP、PDM、PSM、CMO等明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高血压组动脉硬化亚组较非动脉硬化亚组LTPT、CR明显增高(P<0.05);对高血压亚组中有意义的指标进行多因素logistic回归分析提示,LTPT(OR=2.398,P=0.021),CR(OR=1.047,P=0.034),与高血压发生动脉硬化风险呈正相关;对LTPT、CR进行ROC曲线分析,AUC分别为0.749、0.727,对动脉硬化有较好的预测价值。结论:无创心功能检查对高血压早期干预及治疗具有指导意义,LTPT、CR与高血压合并动脉硬化风险呈正相关,对动脉硬化有较好预测价值。Objective:To explore the value of noninvasive cardiac function examination in predicting the risk of hypertension complicated with arteriosclerosis.Methods:50 patients with hypertension and 24 patients with non hypertension were measured by noninvasive cardiac function test,the differences of indexes in each group were compared,and the ROC curve was calculated.Results:LTPF,CR,LCI,JP,VP,PDM,PSM and CMO in patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);LTPT and CR in arteriosclerosis subgroup of hypertension group were significantly higher than those in non arteriosclerosis subgroup(P<0.05);multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that LTPT(OR=2.398,P=0.021)and CR(OR=1.047,P=0.034)were positively correlated with the risk of arteriosclerosis in hypertension;ROC curve analysis of ltpt and CR showed that AUC were 0.749 and 0.727 respectively,which had good predictive value for arteriosclerosis.Conclusion:Noninvasive cardiac function examination has guiding significance for early intervention and treatment of hypertension.LTPT and CR are positively correlated with the risk of hypertension complicated with arteriosclerosis,and have good predictive value for arteriosclerosis.
