摘　　要：肛周湿疹是肛肠科常见的肛门周围皮肤疾病,中医称"浸淫疮",约占肛肠疾病的10%,属非传染性、过敏性炎症疾病,多由风火湿毒蕴结于皮肤,阻滞于经络所致。其病变多在肛门口及其周围皮肤,易复发,严重影响患者的工作和生活。现代医学则认为湿疹为变态性反应性疾病。近年来,同行学者运用壮医、中医、西医、中西医结合等多种方法治疗本病,在取得一定疗效的同时,又有各自的优势与不足。而壮药千金饮是中医药大学第一附属医院壮医科已故壮族名医李才魁主任医师的有效祖传秘方,治疗肛周湿疹效果明显。经过查阅文献,现对壮药千金饮治疗肛周湿疹具体用法近况作一概述。Perianal eczema is a common perianal skin disease in anorectal department.It is called"immersion sore"in traditional Chinese medicine,accounting for about 10%of anorectal diseases.It is a non infectious and allergic inflammatory disease.It is mostly caused by wind,fire and damp poison accumulated in the skin and blocked in the meridians.Its lesions are mostly in the anal doorway and its surrounding skin,easy to relapse,which seriously affects the work and life of patients.Modern medicine believes that eczema is an allergic disease.In recent years,peer scholars have used Zhuang medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and other methods to treat this disease.While achieving certain curative effects,they also have their own advantages and disadvantages.Zhuang medicine Qianjin decoction is an effective ancestral secret recipe of the late chief physician Li Caikui of Zhuang medicine in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It has an obvious effect on perianal eczema.After consulting the literature,this paper summarizes the specific usage of Zhuang medicine Qianjin decoction in the treatment of perianal eczema.
