摘　　要：文章介绍了职业倦怠的内涵,阐述了我国疫苗产业的发展现状及人用疫苗生产企业分装线员工的工作现状,提出研究人用疫苗生产企业分装线员工职业倦怠的必要性和讨论对策的重要性。从工作环境、工作量和工作内容、职业发展、人际关系、企业管理制度等方面来分析造成人用疫苗生产企业分装线员工产生职业倦怠的原因,进一步提出了预防职业倦怠的对应措施。This paper introduces the connotation of job burnout,expounds the development status of China’s vaccine industry and the work status of employees in the sub-assembly line of human vaccine production enterprises,and puts forward the necessity of studying job burnout of employees in the sub-assembly line of human vaccine production enterprises and the importance of discussing countermeasures.This paper analyzes many reasons for job burnout of employees in the sub-assembly line of human vaccine production enterprises from the aspects of working environment,workload and work content,career development,interpersonal relationship and enterprise management system,and further puts forward corresponding measures to prevent job burnout.
