摘  要:【目的】为满足优质食用型甘薯日益增长的消费需求,并缓解四川甘薯发展中品种杂乱及退化的严重问题。【方法】四川省农业科学院作物研究所利用优质食用甘薯品种万薯5号为母本,在其放任授粉后代中通过实生系选种圃、二代圃复选、品比多点高鉴圃、四川省甘薯区域试验和生产试验等系列过程,成功选育出高产食用甘薯新品种川薯225。【结果】该品种在四川省区域试验中鲜薯产量36603.0 kg/hm^(2),较对照南薯88极显著增产14.5%;薯干产量9633.0 kg/hm^(2),较对照极显著增产15.6%;淀粉产量5919.0 kg/hm^(2),比对照极显著增产8.1%,食味评分优于对照。【结论】川薯225具有高产稳产、食味品质优、中抗根腐病、耐贮藏等特点,适宜在四川及生态条件相似地区推广种植。【Objective】The new edible sweet potato variety is bred to meet ever-growing consumption demand of quality edible sweet potato and relieve the serious mess and degradation problems of sweet potato varieties.【Method】Chuanshu 225,a new edible sweet potato variety with high yield,is successfully bred in Crop Research Institute,Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences by using Wanshu 5(an edible sweet potato variety with high quality)as the female parent through selection of seeding lines,compound selection of the second generation,variety comparison test,Sichuan regional test and multi-site productivity test.【Result】The fresh yield,dry yield and starch yield of Chuanshu 225 is 36603.0 kg/hm^(2),9633.0 kg/hm^(2) and 5919.0 kg/hm^(2) respectively,and 14.5%,15.6% and 8.1% higher than Nanshu 88(CK)separately.The taste of Chuanshu 225 is better than CK.【Conclusion】Chuanshu 225 with the advantages of high yield,stable yield,good taste quality,moderate resistance to root rot and storable character can be suitably popularized and planted in Sichuan and other regions with the similar ecological condition.
