摘  要:【目的】探明河南秃疮花对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应,为其耐旱机制研究及园林绿化应用提供参考依据。【方法】以河南秃疮花为试材,采用盆栽称重控水法进行28 d干旱处理,研究正常供水(最大持水量的75%~80%)、轻度干旱(最大持水量的60%~70%)、中度干旱(最大持水量的55%~60%)及重度干旱(最大持水量的45%~50%)条件下苗期渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性等变化。【结果】干旱胁迫过程中,叶片相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)及脯氨酸(Pro)含量均持续增加,而叶绿素(Chl)含量则呈先升后降趋势。此外,轻度及中度胁迫中SOD活性持续增加,而重度胁迫中的SOD活性则呈先升后降趋势。【结论】河南秃疮花对干旱环境具有一定的适应能力,可作为优良的观花植物应用于干旱及半干旱地区的园林绿化。【Objective】The physiological response of D.henanensis to soil drought stress is explored to provide a reference for further studying its drought resistance mechanism and application in landscaping.【Method】The osmotic adjustment substances content and autioxidant enzyme activity in leaves of D.henanensis under 4 soil drought stresses(normal level 75%~80% maximum water-holding capacity;light drought,60%~70% maximum water-holding capacity;moderate drought,55%~60% maximum water-holding capacity and heavy drought,45%~50% maximum water-holding capacity)for 28 d are studied at seedling stage by a pot test.【Result】The leaf relative conductivity,MDA content and proline content of D.henanensis continuously increase during the process of drought stress but the leaf chlorophyll content shows a first rise and then decrease trend.The leaf SOD activity of D.henanensis increases continuously during the process of LD and MD stress.The leaf SOD activity of D.henanensis shows a first rise and then decrease trend during the process of HD stress.【Conclusion】D.henanensis with the certain adaptability to drought environment can be used as the good flowering ornamental in landscaping in drought and semi-drought areas.
