摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合对人权事业相关问题进行了论述,并在此基础上通过构建新时代中国特色社会主义人权观、完善新时代中国特色社会主义人权制度,探索新时代中国特色社会主义人权道路途径,逐渐形成了独具特色的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义人权观,为当代中国人权事业创造了伟大的理论贡献、制度贡献、实践贡献与世界贡献。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义人权观回答了推进世界和中国人权事业发展的一系列重大问题,描绘了人权事业发展的美好蓝图,是对马克思主义人权观的创新和发展,为新时代全面推进我国人权事业发展提供了根本遵循和行动指南,为国际人权事业的发展提供了中国方案。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has discussed topics related to human rights on many occasions,and on this basis,to bulid a outlook of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to improve the system of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to explore ways and methods of buildingsocialist human rights with Chinese characteristics in the new era,forming a unique human rights theory in the new era.XI Jinping thought on the human rights which has made great theoretical,institutional,practical and world contributions to the cause of human rights in contemporary China.XI Jinping thought on the human rights answeres the series of world and Chinese human rights topics,describes a good blueprint of human rights development,is the innovation and developmentof Marxist human rights,provides the fundamental follow and action guide for the human rights cause development,and provide the Chinese planfor the development of international human rights.
