摘  要:向水泥砂浆中添加γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 560)制得改性水泥砂浆,并与未添加KH 560的水泥砂浆行了性能对比,研究了KH 560对水泥砂浆试件折压比、水接触角、吸水率、抗渗压力的影响,并探讨了KH 560改性水泥砂浆的防水机理。结果表明,添加适量KH 560能够提高水泥砂浆的防水性能。当KH 560质量分数为4%时,水泥砂浆试件在养护3 d、7 d和28 d时的折压比分别为0.2747、0.2590和0.2264,对水的接触角为55°,浸水20 min时的吸水率为6.37%,抗渗压力为2.7 MPa。The modified cement mortars has been prepared by addingγ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH 560)into the cement mortar,and the performance is compared with those without KH 560.The effects of KH 560 on the bend-press ratio,water contact angle,water absorption and anti-permeability of cement mortar are investigated,and the water-proof mechanism of KH 560 modified cement mortar is discussed.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of KH 560 can improve the waterproof performance of cement mortar.When the mass fraction of KH 560 is 4%,the bend-press ratios of cement mortar cured for 3 days,7 days and 28 days are 0.2747,0.2590 and 0.2264 respectively,the water contact angle is 55°,the water absorption is 6.37%and the impermeability pressure is 2.7 MPa when immersed in water for 20 minutes.
