摘  要:以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,在线性氯化磷腈作用下合成了二甲氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷。然后向二甲氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷中加入补强填料、扩链剂、交联剂、增粘剂和催化剂等制得脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶,研究了扩链剂和补强填料用量、增粘剂和催化剂种类对硅橡胶位移能力的影响。结果表明,扩链剂的较佳用量为4份,补强填料的较佳用量为90份,增粘剂选择N-(正丁基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷较佳,催化剂选择二异丙氧基(乙酰丙酮)钛配合物较佳。该条件下制得的硅橡胶位移能力级别为+100/-50,弹性恢复率为85%,拉断伸长率为630%,70℃×7 d后的表干时间为46 min,综合性能良好。Usingα,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane and vinyltrimethoxysilane as raw materials,dimethoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane was synthesized under the reaction of linear chlorophosphazene.Then the reinforcing filler,chain extender,crosslinking agent,tackifier and catalyst were added to dimethoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane to obtain dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber.The influence of chain extender,the amount of reinforcing filler,tackifier and catalyst types on the displacement capacity of silicone rubber was studied.The results show that the preferred silicone rubber is prepared with 4 phr of chain extender,90 phr of the reinforcing filler,N-(n-butyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane as the tackifier,and diisopropoxy(acetylacetone)titanium complex as the catalyst.The prepared silicone rubber has a comprehensive good performance,which has a displacement capacity of+100/-50,an elastic recovery rate of 85%,and an elongation at break of 630%,a surface dry time of 46 min after 70℃×7 d.
