摘 要:以氨基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨基封端聚醚等为原料合成了5种硅烷封端聚脲弹性体(SPUR1~5),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、动态热机械分析仪研究了SPUR的结构、热稳定性、拉伸性能、储能模量、损耗模量、自修复性能。结果表明,成功制得了SPUR,SPUR中的氨基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷和氨基封端聚醚作为软段为材料提供弹性,而其中的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和N-正丁基氨基甲基三乙氧基硅烷作为硬段为材料提供刚性和强度。SPUR的弹性和热稳定性良好。5种SPUR中,SPUR2的自修复性能较佳,70℃×48 h后的拉伸强度保持率、拉断伸长率保持率均为96%,温室浸水48 h后的拉伸强度保持率为78%、拉断伸长率保持率为76%。SPUR有望应用于建筑、交通、医疗器械、涂料、电子封装和锂离子电池等领域。Five silane-terminated polyurea elastomers(SPUR 1~SPUR 5)have been synthesized by using amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and amino-terminated polyether as raw materials.The structure,thermal stability,tensile properties,storage modulus,loss modulus,and self-healing properties of SPUR have been studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(^(1)H NMR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA).The results show that SPUR has been successfully prepared,in which amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and polyether is selected as the soft segment to provide elastic properties,while isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and N-butylaminomethyltriethoxy are attributed to the hard segment to provide mechanical properties,such as rigidity and strength.SPUR has an excellent elasticity and thermal stability.Among them,SPUR2 has the best self-healing performance,both retention rate of tensile strength and elongation at break after 70℃×48 h are 96%.The retention rate of tensile strength after 48 h of immersion in the room temperature is 78%while the retention rate of elongation at break is 76%.SPUR is expected to be applied in construction,transportation,medical devices,coatings,electronic packaging and lithium-ion batteries.
