摘　　要：推进东西部科技合作,探索欠发达地区创新驱动发展新路,是解决区域创新不平衡不充分问题的重要途径。本文认为:在开放创新的新形势下,要推动东部科技创新要素向宁夏合理流动,形成宁夏-东部各类创新主体协同联动,各类高新技术企业主体、创新平台和产业集聚区发展壮大,“政产学研金服用”创新生态圈全面优化的创新发展新格局,必须加快创新东西科技合作机制体制,提升宁夏科技创新合作的层次和水平,努力建设全国东西部科技合作示范区。Promoting science and technology cooperation between the east and the west and exploring new paths for innovation-driven development in underdeveloped regions are important means to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate innovation in regions.It is believed that under the new situation of open innovation,it is necessary to promote the reasonable flow of eastern innovation elements to Ningxia,to form a coordinated linkage of various innovation entities in Ningxia and eastern China,and the thrive of various high-tech enterprise entities,innovation platforms and industrial clusters.The government-industry-university-research-finance-service-application innovation ecosystem must accelerate the innovation of the East-West science and technology cooperation mechanism,improve the level of cooperation,and strive to build a national east-west science and technology cooperation demonstration zone.
