摘  要:PC构件供应商的优劣是决定装配式建筑质量、成本及工期等方面的重要因素之一,介于此,对装配式建筑PC构件供应商选择方法展开研究意义重大。首先,通过文献研究及专家调查,建立装配式建筑PC构件供应商评价指标体系;其次,运用层次分析法及熵权法分别计算评价指标的主客观权重,基于主客观权重进行组合赋权,确定最终权重;最后,基于组合赋权与TOPSIS法构建模型,对A市某住宅楼建设项目PC构件供应商选择进行实例研究,并得出供应商2为最优,可作为首选的结论。The quality of PC component suppliers is one of the important factors that determine the quality,cost and construction period of prefabricated buildings.In this regard,it is of great significance to study the selection method of PC component suppliers for prefabricated buildings.Firstly,through literature research and expert investigation,the evaluation index system of prefabricated building PC component suppliers is established;Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexes respectively,and the final weight is determined by combining the subjective and objective weights;Finally,based on the combination weighting and TOPSIS method to build a model,this paper studies the PC component supplier selection of a residential building construction project in a city,and comes to the conclusion that supplier 2 is the best and can be used as the first choice.
