摘　　要：生物医药行业是知识与技术密集型的高新技术行业,建立高效的专利战略对我国医药企业保护技术创新成果、增强市场竞争力意义重大。为了增强产品的核心竞争力,医药企业需要建立高效的专利战略,加强企业知识产权管理工作,并从专利申请阶段和专利运营阶段进行专利布局,从而实现医药专利价值的最大化。基于此,本文从多个角度分析了我国医药企业实施专利战略的路径。As a knowledge-and technology-intensive high-tech industry,an efficient patent strategy is of great significance to pharmaceutical companies in protecting technological innovations achievements and enhancing market competitiveness.An efficient patent strategy is needed In order to enhance the core competitiveness of products,strengthen corporate intellectual property management,and conduct patent layout from the patent application and operation stage,so as to maximize the value of pharmaceutical patents.Based on this,this article discussed the path of pharmaceutical companies implementing patent strategies from multiple perspectives.
