摘  要:目的描述我国首起新型冠状病毒英国变异株类似株引起的聚集性疫情,为类似疫情防控提供经验参考。方法描述疫情的发现过程、疫情特征、管控措施以及疫情溯源分析过程和结果。结果该起疫情历时13 d,报告31例确诊病例和2例无症状感染者,其中31例居住在大兴区R小区,32例病例存在流行病学关联。经全基因组序列比对,疫情病例病毒高度同源且为同一进化来源,为英国变异株类似株。结论此次疫情可能为境外输入疫情,指示病例通过核酸筛查发现,应加强入境人员管控,防范境外输入病例引发本地疫情传播,同时应坚决落实常态化防控措施。Objective To describe the first local outbreak of VOC 202012/01-like variant,and to provide referable experiences for the prevention and control of similar epidemics.Methods Epidemiological investigation was used to demonstrate the discovery process and epidemic characteristics of the outbreak,personal control and management method and process and result of traceability analysis.Results The outbreak lasted 13 days,with 31 cases and 2 asymptomatic infection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2( SARS-CoV-2) reported. Thirty-one cases lived in Daxing District of Beijing,and 32 cases were epidemiologically linked. The genome-wide sequence of the viruses in the outbreak were highly homologous,and were identified as VOC 202012/01-like strains.Conclusions The outbreak was likely to be imported from abroad and the indicated cases were detected through nucleic acid screening. Control of entry personnel and goods should be strengthened to prevent the spread of local epidemics caused by imported cases from abroad,while regular prevention and control measures should be firmly implemented.
