摘 要:目的了解北京市0~3岁儿童DTa P-IPV/Hib五联疫苗,即吸附无细胞百白破灭活脊髓灰质炎和b型流感嗜血杆菌(结合)联合疫苗接种率及影响因素,为制定免疫策略提供建议。方法采用与人口规模大小成比例的概率抽样及简单随机抽样相结合的方法抽取北京市480名儿童监护人为调查对象,填写《儿童监护人预防接种知识、态度和行为的问卷调查》。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析五联疫苗接种率的影响因素。结果共调查0~3岁儿童监护人480人,儿童五联疫苗接种率为12.08%。单因素和多因素分析结果均显示,居住在城镇、职业为医疗、公务员及事业单位、掌握更多预防接种知识和对疫苗接种前有过犹豫的监护人的儿童五联疫苗接种率更高(P<0.05)。结论北京市五联疫苗的接种率较其他地区稍高,但却低于一些其他替代类的非免疫规划疫苗。建议我国的疫苗企业努力研制价廉质优且安全有效的疫苗。同时,建议政府可对非免疫规划疫苗给予一定的补贴,或将其纳入当地免疫规划或医疗保险,从而提高非免疫规划类疫苗的接种率。Objective To investigate the vaccination rate and influencing factors of DTa P-IPV-Hib vaccine among children aged 0-3 years in Beijing,providing recommendations for development of immunization strategies. Methods 480 children’s guardians in Beijing were selected by PPS and simple random sampling as the subjects of the survey,and to fill in the questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice of children’s guardians on vaccination. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the vaccination rate. Results 480 guardians of children aged 0-3 years were surveyed. The vaccination rate of DTa P-IPV-Hib was 12. 08%. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis showed that living in cities,working as medical workers,civil servants and public institutions,mastering more vaccination knowledge and having hesitance before vaccination had higher vaccination rate( P< 0. 05). Conclusions The vaccination rate of DTa PIPV-Hib vaccine was higher than that in other areas,but lower than other alternative non immunization program vaccines. It is suggested that China’s vaccine enterprises should strive to develop low-cost,high-quality,safe and effective vaccines. At the same time,it is recommended that government should subsidise non-immunization program vaccine or include them in local immunization program or medical insurance,so as to improve the vaccination rate of non-immunization program vaccines.
