摘　　要：在压力测试中,为了对气压或者液压进行准确的测量,通常利用扩散硅压力传感器作为测量转换器件,通过对其输出微弱的模拟信号进行分析,设计出相应的信号处理电路。该文使用轨到轨运算放大芯片OPA4188AIDBV设计小信号前置放大电路,使用芯片OPA188AIDBV设计后级滤波电路,通过两级处理对小信号进行放大滤波,同时通过A/D转换器AD7715对放大后的信号进行采集并被送至单片机。实验结果证明,压力传感器的稳定性可达到0.002%FS。In the pressure test,in order to accurately measure the pressure or hydraulic pressure,the diffusion silicon pressure sensor is usually used as a measurement conversion device,and the corresponding signal processing circuit is designed by analyzing the weak analog signal output. In this paper,the track-to-rail operation amplifier chip OPA4188 AIDBV is used to design the small signal preamplifier circuit,and the chip OPA188 AIDBV is used to design the post-stage filter circuit. The small signal is amplified and filtered through two-stage processing. At the same time,the amplified signal is collected and sent to the single chip microcomputer through A/D converter AD7715.The experimental results show that the stability of the pressure sensor can reach 0.002%FS.
