摘　　要：在智慧城市建设中,把政府拥有的大数据开放给公众,服务于社会,是充分挖掘大数据价值,实现智慧城市目标的必要手段。在数据开放服务中,如何有效、安全地管理数据,进而运营数据,是一个重要课题。本文提出了一种服务的自动化发布技术,并阐述了基于此技术的数据开放平台的架构和组件,以期能够较好解决这一问题。In the construction of smart city,the opening of government-owned big data to the public is necessary to fully exploit the value of big data,and to achieve the goal of smart city.In the open data services,how to manage and operate the data effectively and safely is an important issue.This paper presented a technology of automated services publishing,and then introduced the architecture and components of an open data platform based on this technology,which tried to address a better solution.
