霉菌性副鼻窦炎的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨霉菌性副鼻窦炎的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现及临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例经病理证实的霉菌性副鼻窦炎的MSCT特征。结果:23例中病灶单发19例,病灶多发4例,位于上颌窦18例,累及筛窦及蝶窦各3例。所有病变窦腔内均见不均匀密度增高影,其中19例可见高密度沙粒状、片絮状、索条状钙化影,8例窦腔周围骨质增生使骨质增厚致窦腔相对缩小,3例内侧壁骨破坏。结论:MSCT扫描可清晰显示霉菌性副鼻窦炎的影像特征,以不均匀密度中夹杂高密度沙粒状、片絮状、索条状钙化影为特征性表现,具有诊断价值,能对霉菌性副鼻窦炎诊断和治疗提供重要信息。Objective:To investigate the manifestations and clinical value of Multi-Slice Helical CT(MSCT)in mycotic paranasal sinusitis.Methods:MS CT features of 23 cases of mycotic paranasal sinusitis confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:of the 23 cases,19 cases had single lesions,4 cases had multiple lesions,18 cases were located in maxillary sinus,and 3 cases involved ethmoid sinus and sphenoid sinus.All lesions showed nueven density increase in sinus cavity,19 cases showed high density sand,floccule,and cable strip calcification.in 8 cases,bone thickening around sinus cavity caused sinus cavity to shrink,and in 3 cases,medial wall bone destroyed.Conclusion:MSCT can clearly display the imaging features of mycotic paranasal sinusitis.It has diagnostic value and can provide important information for diagnosis and treatment of mycotic paranasal sinusitis.
