摘  要:选取3款轻型商用车,在底盘测功机上进行世界轻型汽车测试循环(worldwide harmonized light vehicle test cycle,WLTC)和中国轻型商用车行驶工况循环(China light-duty vehicle test cycle-commercial,CLTC-C)对比试验,使用定容取样系统、尾气排放分析仪等设备测量气态污染物、颗粒物排放及油耗数据,采用DMS500设备分析颗粒物粒径分布状况,探究轻型商用车不同测试循环下排放性能与油耗特性。研究结果表明:不同燃料车辆在不同循环测试下的气态污染物排放结果差异明显,汽油车在CLTC-C下的NO_(x)、CO排放结果优于WLTC工况,全碳氢(total hydrogen,THC)排放结果略差于WLTC工况,而压缩天然气(compressed natural gas,CNG)车在CLTC-C工况下NO_(x)和CO排放结果略差于WLTC工况,THC排放结果则优于WLTC工况;汽油车和CNG车在CLTC-C工况下的颗粒物排放量均远低于WLTC工况;试验车辆颗粒物排放峰值粒径均在8 nm和75 nm左右,且CNG车在WLTC工况下的聚集态颗粒物浓度显著高于CLTC-C工况;WLTC工况下的平均油耗均高于CLTC-C工况,同时两循环工况内低速阶段平均油耗最高。Three types of light commercial vehicles were selected to carry out worldwide harmonized light vehicle test cycle(WLTC)and China light-duty vehicle test cycle-commercial(CLTC-C)comparative test on chassis dynamometer.The emissions of gaseous pollutants,particulate matter and fuel consumption were measured by constant volume sampling system,exhaust emission analyzer and other equipments,and particle size distribution was analyzed by DMS500 equipment in order to explore the emission performance and fuel consumption characteristics of light commercial vehicles under different drive cycles.The results show that the emissions of gaseous pollutants of vehicles using different fuels under different cycle tests are significantly diverse.NO_(x) and CO emissions of gasoline vehicle under CLTC-C are better than those of WLTC,and the emissions of total hydrocarbon(THC)are slightly worse than those of WLTC.NO_(x) and CO emissions of compressed natural gas(CNG)vehicle under CLTC-C are slightly worse than those of WLTC,and the emissions of THC are better than those of WLTC.The particulate matter emissions of gasoline vehicles and CNG vehicles under CLTC-C are much lower than those under WLTC.The results show that the peak particle size of particulate matter is around 8 nm and 75 nm and the concentration of accumulated particles of CNG vehicle under WLTC is significantly higher than that of CLTC-C.The average fuel consumption of WLTC is higher than that of CLTC-C,and the average fuel consumption at low speed stage is the highest during two test cycles.
