摘　　要：甲午战争之后,中国东北地区成为日本觊觎的对象。"满洲问题"或"满蒙问题"作为日本"大陆政策"的重要一环,不仅成为日本制定国防方针的议论对象,而且学术界、知识界也展开了对这一地区的研究和宣传。在经过日本军国主义意识形态的洗礼之后,占领中国东北在日本完全变成"正义"之举,侵华战争也变成了"圣战"。学界对近代日本"满蒙问题"的发展线索及"满蒙观"的形态与变化虽然有一些研究,但是中日双方就这一问题的相互论争,还有许多史料可以挖掘。通过研究和分析双方相互论争,可以看清中国学者在主权问题上的一贯坚持和日本御用学者如何歪曲事实、变本加厉的变化过程,有利于我们认清近代日本的政治生态与学术生态的复杂关系,加深对内藤湖南、尾崎行雄等历史人物的多面性的理解。After the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895,Northeast China became the coveted target of Japan.As an important part of Japan’s“Continental Policy”,the“Manchuria Problem”or“Manchuria-Mongolian Problem”not only became the object of discussion for Japan to formulate its national defense policy,but was also studied and publicized in academic circles.After the baptism of the Japanese militarist ideology,the occupation of Northeast China became a“just”cause in Japan,and the war of aggression against China also became a“holy war”.Although there are some studies on the historical evidence about the evolution of“Manchuria-Mongolian Problem”,as well as the formation and change of“Manchuria-Mongolian Concept”in Modern Japan,there are still many historical materials that require excavation to enhance the debate between China and Japan on this issue.Through the study and analysis of the disputes between the two sides,it is evident that Chinese scholars maintain consistent adherence concerning the issue of Chinese sovereignty,whereas Japanese imperial scholars have increasingly distorted the facts.As such,the complex relationship between the political and academic environment in modern Japan can be elucidated,therefore the multifaceted nature of historical figures such as Naito Konan and Ozaki Yukio can be better understood.
