生产效率、交易效率与企业自生能力研究--基于制造业上市公司数据分析

摘　　要：自生能力是林毅夫倡导新结构经济学的微观基础。文章从生产效率与交易效率两者结合的视角构建了对企业自生能力的影响机制,并提出了提高交易效率能促进生产效率的提高,进而促进公司自生能力的提升传导路径。文章利用制造业上市公司2000—2019年数据,验证了基本假设和机制假设。研究发现:交易效率会显著影响企业的生产效率,而生产效率的提高会对企业自生能力产生显著正向影响。进一步分组检验发现,国有企业的自生能力显著弱于非国有企业,关键在于国有企业处于制造业的上游和承担的社会责任。最后还发现,在企业初创发展阶段生产效率和交易效率的提高对企业的自生能力促进效应更大,达到一定阶段后出现规模递减效应。Viability is the micro foundation for Lin Yifu's advocacy of new structural economics.From the perspective of the combination of production efficiency and transaction efficiency,the article constructs an influencing mechanism on enterprise viability,and proposes that improving transaction efficiency can promote the improvement of production efficiency,thereby promoting the transmission path of the company's viability.The article uses the data of listed manufacturing companies from 2000 to 2019 to verify the basic hypothesis and mechanism hypothesis.The study found that:transaction efficiency will significantly affect the production efficiency of enterprises,and the improvement of production efficiency will have a significant positive impact on the viability of enterprises.Further group inspection found that the viability of state-owned enterprises is significantly weaker than that of non-state-owned enterprises.The key lies in the fact that state-owned enterprises are in the upstream of the manufacturing industry and assume social responsibilities.Finally,it is also found that the improvement of production efficiency and transaction efficiency in the start-up development stage of enterprises is harmful to enterprises.The promotion effect of viability is even greater,and the effect of diminishing scale appears after reaching a certain stage.
